Hi, I’m Clarissa, The People’s Coach.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked in human resources leadership helping organizations navigate the real challenges that shape workplace culture.

Not the polished version that shows up in policies and mission statements.

The real challenges leaders and employees deal with every day, communication breakdowns, leadership blind spots, disengaged teams, and cultures that slowly drift away from their values.

Through People’s Coach HR, I share insight drawn from years of experience inside organizations, offering guidance that helps leaders strengthen their workplaces and helps employees better understand the environments they work in.

My approach is simple: honest conversations, practical guidance, and a belief that strong leadership and healthy workplace cultures don’t happen by accident, they happen when people are willing to address the issues that truly affect their teams.
